    宁波非零地理信息技术有限公司是宁波地区专业从事地理信息系统研究、开发、应用和服务的产、学、研一体化的软件企业。公司于2010年1月入驻宁波鄞州鄞创科技孵化器（国家高新技术创业服务中心），向社会提供应用开发、系统集成、电子商务、网络营销、网页设计制作，数据采集、数据加工、数据应用、平台供应、软件工程、解决方案、技术支持、专家顾问等系统服务。公司自主开发的软件产品达十余种，拥有二十多项软件著作权、软件产品证书，2011年被认定为软件企业。

公司研发管理团队目前已有博士5名、硕士7名、并建立了教授（专家）工作室。公司与浙江省资源与环境信息系统重点实验室和浙江大学地理信息科学研究所达成长期技术合作伙伴关系，跟踪国际前沿，保持国际先进水平，已开发出多种开发语言、数据库和操作系统版本的原创基础GIS软件；涵盖多种主流分布式体系结构，并在GIS技术应用研究，包括区域、资源和环境规划、管理自动化和信息化等方面有多年的运营开发经验；具有10余年承担科研项目积累的GIS宝贵数据和产、学、研渠道。
