We commit to design, process and sales of high performance industrial and automotive grade power devices including SiC MOSFET, SiC Diode (SBD) and Si super junction MOSFET etc. bestirpower products are broadly used in charging piles, photovoltaic, inverter, new energy vehicles and many other fields. 

bestirpower has R&D and Sales centers in Shanghai, Xi'an and Shenzhen, aiming to provide high cost performance power device and quick response FAE services to customers. To continually develop high performance products, bestirpower is building a BGBM process line in Zhejiang Ningbo, which includes:

-Front-Side Metallization FSM

-Backside Wafer Thinning

-Backside Metallization

-Dicing
