打造高质量的专业研发团队

弘泰水利现有员工140人，硕士以上学历人数占比达50%，高级工程师15人，一级建造师及各类注册类执业资格人员达20余人。公司与国内高校、研究院深入开展“产学研”合作，共同搭建跨学科人才培养平台。目前，公司与河海大学、武汉大学、宁波大学建有研究生联合培养基地，与南昌大学等共建校企合作基地。目前，公司已在水利、环保、城管、农业、海洋等行业领域先后实施千余项项目服务。市场业务覆盖浙江、江苏、山东、福建、河南、北京、江西、广东、湖南、吉林、辽宁、新疆等省份。
